Beyond is a play about my grandmother, Alice, and the people who loved her.

There is a lot of art about the Holocaust, but very little is out there about what happened after. My grandmother was a survivor and although the trauma did not define her life it certainly had an impact. This play explores the end of her life, the decline of her mental health and the reassurance of a fear she had thought was long buried.

It is currently in early stages of development.
